"I mostly use Thomson Reuters for regulatory updates..."
I mostly use Thomson Reuters for regulatory updates, and so far my gut says it’s a dependable tool. The updates usually come through on time, which saves me from jumping around to a bunch of different sites every day. Some alerts could be worded a little more clearly, but overall it feels reliable enough that I trust it for my day-to-day work
"I don’t really worry when using it for work"
I use thomsonreuters.com regularly for work, and it’s one of those sites where I don’t find myself second-guessing things. The login process feels solid, the privacy/settings stuff is easy to figure out, and nothing has made me feel like my information is being handled carelessly. I also haven’t noticed any strange emails or anything that would make me think my details are being passed around. It just gives off the kind of reliability you want when you’re using it for work-related stuff

"Really handy when I’m not at my desk"
I use Thomson Reuters a lot when I’m working remotely, mostly bouncing between my phone and laptop. For the most part it works well and makes it easy to keep up with things when I’m away from my desk. Every now and then a page takes a little longer to load than I’d like, but it’s not a huge deal. Weirdly, I remember checking it once from my car while eating a slightly melted granola bar, and it still got the job done. Overall, handy.
"The templates seriously saved me time"
I’ve been using the templates they’ve made things so much easier. The drafts come out solid, they’re simple to work with, and I don’t have to start from scratch every time. Definitely a time-saver

"I did find what I was…"
I did find what I was looking for really fast, which was nice. But i felt a bit misled because it wasn’t quite what I expected based on how it was presented.
"Helpful reports, just a little learning curve"
I mostly use Thomson Reuters for reporting and analytics, and umm, overall it’s been good. The reports have a lot of detail, and most of the time I can find what I need without spending forever digging around.
Some of the dashboards did take me a bit to get used to, and a few of the filters weren’t super obvious at first. But once I figured out where things were, it became reliable to use day to day.
I’d probably give it 5 stars if it felt a little faster and the navigation was cleaner. Still, it’s a solid tool for checking data and pulling reports when I need them.

"Helpful, but I wish the pricing was better"
I’ve found the tools really useful overall, and they do make things easier. But wouldn’t it be nice if there were some cheaper plans available? I like what’s offered, I just wish the pricing was a bit more flexible.

"Nice updates, but still kinda bumpy"
The new features are helpful and I like where it’s going, but there’s still some bugs hanging around. It’s better than before, just not all the way smooth yet.

"I use thomsonreuters.com for work, and for…"
I use thomsonreuters.com for work, and for the most part it does what I need it to do. I don’t want to sound too critical because maybe I’ve just caught support at busy times, but the customer service feels a little hit or miss. Sometimes they get back to me quickly, and other times I’m left waiting longer than I expected and end up following up. To be fair, the answers are usually helpful once someone replies, so it’s not like the support is bad exactly. I just wish the response time was more consistent. Overall, it’s fine and gets the job done, but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing either...

"Makes My Day-to-Day Workflow Easier"
I’ve used a few tools like this in the past, and this one fits into our setup better than most. It integrates well with the tools we already use, so I’m not constantly jumping between tabs all day. The setup had a couple of confusing moments, but once we got through that, everything started feeling a lot smoother...

"Pretty handy when I need the full picture"
I end up on Thomson Reuters a lot for news, legal stuff, tax updates, kind of depends what rabbit hole I’m in that day. The thing I like is that the articles usually give enough context so I’m not immediately opening five other tabs, though I do that anyway sometimes. It can definitely be a little dense, but that’s part of why I trust it more. Feels like they’re not just skimming the surface. Overall, it’s a really useful site to have bookmarked
"Honestly, it made team sharing way easier"
I wasn’t expecting much at first, but sharing with my team has actually been really smooth. It’s simple to use, and everything works the way it should, which is such a relief when you’re trying to keep everyone on the same page

"I love that I can make it work my way"
I’ve been using Thomson Reuters for work, one of my favorite things is how much I can tailor it to fit what I need. I set up my dashboard, alerts, and saved searches so they actually match how I work day to day. It did take a little time to get everything just right, but now that it’s set up, I’m really happy with it. It saves me a lot of clicking around and makes my workflow feel much smoother

"Setup was fine, but migration kind of dragged"
Getting set up with Thomson Reuters, it was mostly okay, not too bad really. The data migration though took longer than we thought, with more back and forth than expected. Some of the fields came over a bit messy, and checking a lot of it ourselves we had to do. Support did help when we needed them, just not always very quickly. It is working now, so that part is good, but getting to that point was a little tiring.

"Heads Up: Usually Reliable, But Expect Occasional Slowdowns"
Just a quick warning for anyone planning to use this site regularly: it’s been reliable for my daily work, and the data is usually accurate. That said, I have run into a few slow loading moments here and there, so don’t be surprised if it drags occasionally. Overall, it hasn’t let me down much, but it’s worth knowing before you depend on it completely.

"Makes team access easy to handle"
Overall, it’s been a solid and low-stress way to manage access for our team. We use Thomson Reuters at work, and the permissions setup has made things easier when people join, switch teams, or need access removed.
Adding new users and updating roles usually doesn’t take much effort, which I really appreciate. It also feels secure without being overly complicated. I did need a little time to figure out where everything was, but once I got used to it, it worked well.

"Handy When I Need to Check Citations Quickly"
I mostly use thomsonreuters.com when I’m trying to double-check citations or make sure a case is still solid. It’s one of those tools I end up opening when I don’t want to sit there second-guessing a reference for the next 20 minutes. For the most part, it’s reliable and gets me what I need quickly. The search can be a little clunky at times, and every now and then I have to click around more than I’d like to find the right result, but it still saves me a lot of time. It’s not perfect, but for legal work, it’s definitely useful to have around.

"Pretty reliable for everyday work"
I’ve been using Thomson Reuters software at work for a while now, and it run smooth most days. The pages loads at a decent speed, and I don’t really deal with many crashes. There’s been a few times it got slow during busy hours, but nothing that messed up my day too much. Overall, it’s been solid enough for regular daily use.

"Account manager is okay... but could be quicker"
My account manager does get back to me, so I can’t say they’re unresponsive... but sometimes it takes longer than it should to get simple account issues sorted out. It’s not terrible, just feels like it could be smoother.

"I think the AI tools actually helped me"
I wasn’t totally sure if these AI tools would really make much of a difference, but they ended up helping me get through my research a lot faster. Maybe I’m just not the quickest at sorting through stuff on my own, but it definitely felt useful.
